Does anyone have a site that is functional on a cell phone?

Looking to have a cell phone to search the videos on site? Any suggestions?

What type of phone are you targeting? One thing you will need to do is add to the conversion process so that you are also encoding a copy in the right format that the phone will play.

If you are only wanting to be able to search/view the videos and don't care about the other functionality such as rating, logging in, etc, then I would suggest creating a whole new version of the site for the device your targeting. You can detect what OS/browser they are using and redirect them to a subdomain (m.yoursite.com) where you can have a simpler interface which links to the correct versions of your videos.

I know this isn't a "solution"... merely trying to help the conversation started.
