Video rating hierarchy
For the Top Rated tab, it shows the most recent highest rated videos even if rated by only one person (presumably the uploader, which should also not be allowed to rate your own).
The top rated should be highest rated with most votes! If a video has 5 stars by 7 voters it should be higher than a newer video that has 5 stars by ONE voter! No brainer. An update or mod along these lines would be MOST welcome. |
