You have COMPLETELY misunderstood everything I was saying. If I seriously wanted to complain then it will would be about how long it takes to answer a simple question by a staff member on the forum(if any) or the time it takes to have a support ticket even looked at it. Folks are asking this question "WHEN WILL THE NEW RELEASE BE AVAILABLE?" and you have stated "JANUARY 2010". Its Febuary 3....so by what you said, you shouldve been finished this new project.

As for complaining about bugs, I personally, dont complain about bugs because new stuff has that anyway and this will be no different. So as I said already, It will it will ease alot of current customer frustration if there was a actual staff to let folks know when new updates are going to be release. It would even increase potential customers. I mean simply put.. why buy something when you wont get any support or acknowledgment of it.

Now that is a idea, suggestion, concept, thought, or whatever you want to call it..not me telling you what to do. Again Danny, I appreciate your response, but that needed to be cleared up.

We provide support through the HelpDesk and its appropiate departments. This is a community forums just as its name suggests.

As for the January 2010, it was a simple estimation, not a fixed date. It happens to all companies, all products, in any businesses. Maybe except Apple

Where can I find ClipShare documentation more than 1 page in pdf?

Do you have a vps-template for video hosting? I have troubles with installation ffmpeg/mencoder...

Installation of ffmpeg/mplayer etc. is not a matter of documentation.
Servers can be so different that you cannot expect any universal tutorial on this.
However there are dozens of tutorials on the net, so everyone can try.
Unfortunately for many it's too complicated.

I think no one understands you when you write of "vps-template"

Sweet! I can't wait for this upgrade. Even though I just bought 4.1 two months ago. lol
I guess I'll wait for that rather than trying to integrate a bunch of stuff; see what's exactly on this version when it comes out.
