enable/disable notifications (emails) for user

This is not yet designed into Clip-Share. There may be a mod, I am not aware of one. It can be done with custom php work. One way would be to add a new variable to the existing dbase table of users to write their preference mix using a number. With two on / off mail options, there are only 4 possibilities. Then create a function in php, in /include/ directory that queries this info and then adapt the /include/phpmailer/class.phpmailer.php to check for this preference variable and act accordingly, allow email or not.

As admin, you could turn off emails to members, by invalidating their email address in the dbase directly in some way with added spaces. Not efficient, but would work to turn all email off.
