Why dont you answer my emails??!!
Could you answer my questions which i've been asking for 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lack of this option is a big dissadventage of the script. Please take me
email seriously.



I\'ve changed the maximum size of videos in the PHP configuration.
php.ini. I changed also the Width and High (in pixels) for converted
videos, IF resized for 460 and 370.

I add embed code ( for example <object width=\"500\"
height=\"400\"><param name=\"movie\"
value=\"http://www.youtube.com/v/uFwO1kWeSQs&hl=pl&fs=1\"></param><param
name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\"></param><embed
src=\"http://www.youtube.com/v/uFwO1kWeSQs&hl=pl&fs=1\"
type=\"application/x-shockwave-flash\" allowfullscreen=\"true\"
width=\"500\" height=\"400\"></embed></object>) and it should be
resized into width=\"460\" height=\"370\". It doesn\'t work.

The size on the page is still bigger that it should be.
People add videos with different sizes. I can not imagine that i can
not change the size by approving the video in the administration panel
if the automatic resize option doesnt work. now i just have to delet
them. Please solve my problem finaly.

All your post is completely messed up including your example. Would be good if you first learn what is flash player and how embed code should look like, what can be changed and how...
ClipShare team is to support the script and not basic knowledge about flash.

Even if post is messed up, is it the reason not to answer anything?????? I've send you 3 emails and got no replay. Couldn't you ask me to specify what I meant?????
OK, I ask you in a different way. The option of video resize doesn't work. What should I do???
Oh, and next thing I found which doesn't work. Displaying second and next pages when any sorting criteria was given. You can only see the first page of videos sorted by for example channel. When you press second page it comes back to all videos. Could you make it work properly????

I've been kinde for a long time. What did I get?? No replay for nearly a month...
No help was given to me and the errors in the script are obvious. It's not the way to treat the customer. I dont expect a replay from users but from clipshare team.

So first learn to post in correct forum as this is FEATURES REQUESTS forum.
And BTW, there are no minor bugs in CLipShare4. If you have such - this is your fault or your server's limits.

Hello Tiger,

Personally, I do think that Clip-Share Team is a bit rude.

My site is hanging out in between non-functional to almost dead for a simple reason and no one there wants to provide support. I too have sent the email several times but now no one is responding.

Guess, if you have to hear "technical support is not provided" after shelling out $199, what do you do?

I have purchased a another script which is basically a WP plugin and its working properly, also pulling the video from any url you provide and converting it to flv format, playing perfectly and all this for just $45. The support is just also too good. Now I am guessing that where the hell I have landed.

Overall, its not a good idea to discourage beginners or new comers. I was literally cursed like anything for not purchasing the server setup and for this reason, I was declined support.

What else to say, I also wanted to purchase a premium template. Imagine what do you do after investing $299 for a script where technical support is not provided for the sake of $50 which they say as confidential.

Now I don't know what to do and where to go.

Its really a bad idea to play with the customers sentiments.

You are wrong adultweb4u in what you write.
Script is 99% OK.
If it's not working for you in some parts - this is your fault.
And there multiple reasons.
- server not configured well,
- missed some things while installation
- bad changes to templates,

If server is OK, software installed correctly - it must work.
If you cannot install or setup server - there is always a chance to order setup for both.
If you made changes to template - only you are responsible for that. Not a ClipShare team.

And look - there are hundreds of sites going well with this script.
Did you think of it?
