Installation requirements - Yet another AlstraSoft disgruntled customer

yeah- so i just asked for a refund from AlstraSoft - their instructions and tech support sucks, I did not get a response until i asked for their install service, then they went quiet when i asked why they did not answer my support ticket- then responded with a half-ass answer only after i asked for a refund.. I contacted their credit card company for a refund. Stay away from these guys.

I've got fedora core 6 running with most things installed

Does your application work with:
php-5.1 and MySQL client version: 5.0.22

why is it that you cant get anyone on these sites to talk to you when you have questions?

I think that there are some problems going around with that. There is a post like "Video Not All The Way Converted With Cirtex" and there is a mention about php 5.1 in there. Read that.
