HEY Danny . i have heard horror stories about you and your support. from you threating to block forum users to your staff not answering support tickets. im very openminded and would like you to answer the 2 questions in your own words....
1. on a scale of 1 to 10. how would you rate your support? 2.do you care that some people (not all ) dont know about computers and just want to buy your products thinking that they dont have to do all the work (ie. install, bug issues,) etc. The people would like 2 know... my momma always told me if more than 20 people that dont know each other are saying the same thing. then it must be true. ![]() |

All I am saying is that we do provide the level of support that any other company does, and we are doing our best in what we do. It's in our interest. But nobody is perfect. Not even Microsoft, Sony, etc that play with billion of dollars. They don't have perfect support either. They don't answer in 2 hours either. They don't come up with fixes over night either. They don't tell you on the phone how to push the button to turn the computer on either.
Many people are way exagerated or demanding. They simply ask too much. If you were in my position you would understand that. But you are in your position and can only see from there. I am demanding as well when I am in the position of the customer. I just got a server from The Planet, they are the best server company in the world, I had small problems, I posted tickets, I got answers in few hours, or days or not at all. But I do accept that. And in the end, everything is good. |

Don't be mean to Sony or Microsoft. When I run into something that is either wrong with my computer or with the OS, they both have 24/7 Live Chat.
However, a LOT of companies do not have that level of support. |

why clip-share does not issue a full documentation where everyone can learn and make all the features of the program.
I would like to add on my site the most watched, the last added and top rated, just like www.videoaround.com and I don't know where to start. Can you help me danny ? I also would like you to ask some question about hosting, can you pm me Thanks www.tastyfood.tv |
