adding additional static pages

Hi, can you tell me if I can add additional static pages and change the position of the navigation bar for these?

However, i cannot find any information listed anywhere about how to actually make a new button.

under templates / head1.tpl i found several places where it talks about the buttons, but my coding skills arent the best yet to figure out where or how to put the code in

Can anyone help?
