In 2008 Adrian (symtab) wrote that Clipshare support would be responding within 24 hours. That would be great especially for high priority tickets. Unfortunately this is STILLLLL an issue.
I purchased Clipshare earlier this year, and I submitted a ticket about the registration email confirmation not working on March 17th. It is now April 11th and I still don’t have a response to the ticket ID: TIC-154883. |

the registration email confirmation is not a bug, your probably having issues with your mail server or maybe your code is altered. I think ClipShare stuff cannot help you with this kind of problems. Maybe you should post your bug on the forums, maybe someone can help you.
